Have you heard of freakshakes? They are taking the foodie world by a storm, and we’ve come up with an amazing coffee inspired version!
As any allergy parent will tell you, sleep is for wimps! Ok, I exaggerate, but only slightly!
Sleep is often broken, and difficult to get more than 2-3 hours of good quality sleep every night when adjusting to the allergy journey and attempting to take control of reactions.
It’s certainly the case in our house!
As a result, you will find that coffee is our best friend!
I love coffee and I’m not ashamed to admit it!
No seriously, I wouldn’t be able to function without my trusty cup of coffee (read 3 cups) every day. It’s my vice if you like, I enjoy these cups of coffee, and as such, I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to buying coffee.
A while ago, we introduced you to our lovely friends at Perkulatte. They have the most wonderful concept when it comes to coffee. They have an incredible selection of artisan roasted coffee available through mail order.
This coffee is like no other, it’s true!
You simply order the coffee you want, and it’s sent to you through the post. The clever peeps at Perkulatte have ensured it fits through your letterbox, so you don’t even need to worry about being able to sign for delivery.
What is Perkulatte?
The coffee can be ordered on an individual basis, or as a subscription – and here’s a HOT TIP! If you’ve left your Christmas shopping to the last minute, this really is a fab present for any coffee lover.
For 3, 6 or 12 consecutive months, you can have coffee delivered to friends/ family. It’s like the gift that keeps on giving! Check this out for more details!
Not only that, they’ve added some pretty cool extras too, including some fab sugar spoons in various flavours, quirky mugs and more.
And that’s not all, this year for the first time, they launched the world’s first coffee advent calendar which sold out in the first 2 weeks of launch, with over 1600 calendars flying off the shelves. It’s definitely a product to watch for next year!
The lovely Katie at Perkulatte loved the look of the overloaded hot chocolate that I recently created, and challenged me to come up with a coffee version using her products.
Now, not one to shy away from a challenge, I grabbed the opportunity!
It’s one with a difference though, as it’s top 14 safe!
Yes, you heard right! I know, we’re good!
