Let me give you a bit more information about the range - you can currently get the following:

And not only are they all gluten-free, but they’re dairy-free too, which means they’re safe for little dude! He was beside himself when he found out there was a whole new range that was safe for him and dove straight into the chocolate stars box!

Yep, these beauties are gluten-free, organic, made in Wiltshire, and deliciously tasty too. They’re also suitable for many other free from diets and there are options for those looking for high fibre, low fat or low sugars too. They are available on line and also major retailers, as well as independent food stores, farm shops and traditional wholesalers. Basically, there’s no excuse for you not to be able to get your hands on them!

Long time followers will know that I have been a guest presenter at the Allergy Show for a number of years for FREEE by Doves Farm, creating recipes that use their multi award-winning flour, so it’s no surprise that I’m a fan of the cereals too.

I’m sure many of you will have heard of them, but just in case you haven’t, they are a proudly British and family-owned brand, with over 40 years’ experience of gluten-free baking and recently built a new dedicated gluten free cereal plant. So back to the recipe I’ve created….I’m talking about those days when you have time to do a little bit more.

Now, I don’t know about you, but I find there is something very comforting about mixed berries, even more so when they are turned into a delicious compote as part of a recipe. It’s also a great way of getting extra nutrients into your diet, which is important when you have to exclude certain food groups!

My idea behind this recipe was to not only make it suitable for breakfast, but for it to be a pudding option too, so that I can really show the versatility of this wonderful cereal range to you.

So, imagine a cold morning, looking for something to warm you up to start the day. Or a comforting pudding on a cold day, giving you that cosy feeling.
