Breakfast Berry Smoothie - Packed full of blueberries & raspberries

We’re big fans of smoothies over at Intolerant Gourmand HQ!

Almost every morning, our nutribullet will be on the go, blitzing up an array of fruits to create delicious and creamy smoothies and smoothie bowls.

If the children, and Callum in particular, is needing a boost of nutrients, it’s the perfect way to get more into them as smoothies made in this way are packed full of nutrients and vitamins to enhance your diet.

Their vibrant and enviting colour is a good way of enticing little ones to try them as well!

It’s also a great option when trying to boost your fruit intake and hit the 5-a-day target, you can’t beat a delicious smoothie!
