You will need:

  • 150g gluten-free pasta
  • 1 red onion – peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tin tuna
  • 2 tbsp Bute Island dairy-free spring onion and cracked black pepper cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp dairy-free milk
  • Handful tortilla crisps – crushed
  • 2 slices Bute Island dairy-free white sliced cheddar – chopped

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180c/ 340f/ Gas 4.

Place the pasta in a saucepan with boiling water and cook according to the packet instructions.

Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, add the oil and onion and gently fry for 3-4 minutes until the onion has softened. Remember to stir regularly.

Add the tuna, cream cheese and dairy-free milk and stir until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined.

Pour into a roasting tin, sprinkle with the tortilla crisps and dairy-free cheddar and place in the oven to bake for around 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before serving.

Enjoy!
