It’s a bit hot isn’t it!! Ok, scrap that, we’re all melting, it’s positively tropical at the moment!

And it’s lovely, compared to miserable rainy weather!

But our poor little ones don’t really know what to do with themselves when it’s like this do they!

Normally, you’d go out and buy a job lot of ice creams, but if your little ones are anything like Callum, then can prove to be somewhat of a challenge. As you know, he’s allergic to a vast amount of ingredients, so I find it easier to make my own ice creams.

All of my recipes are quick, simple, and taste really good!

One of our all-time favourites is the ‘Choctastic ice cream’, which is made so regularly in our house, even the kids know all the ingredients required, and could make it with their eyes closed.

It really is that simple a recipe!

Give it a shot and let me know what you think, it won’t disappoint!

We love ice cream at home. I'll definitely try your recipe my lovely ;) Just out of curiosity, why did you add not to shake the tin of coconut milk?

It's Callum's favourite ice cream, and it doesn't last long! ;) I've tried it shaken and not shaken, and for some reason it turns out better when not shaken! :) x

Just to make sure, when you say corn flour, it is corn starch? Right?

It's soooo good, never lasts very long in my house, and only just allowed to be frozen before it gets eaten up!

Let me know what you think when you try it! x
