allergy show london

The first of the shows for this year kicked off back in March in Glasgow, and was a huge success, as you can read about here!

Now, it’s the turn of London.

This weekend, the Allergy Show returns to Olympia for 3 days of fun, advice, shopping, learning and more!

We absolutely love the Allergy Show, and have been for the past few years. Last year was the best one so far in London, and you can read all about it here.

Allergy Show Team Large

We have some news!

This year, much as we would love to meet up with our clients, and also our blogging friends, not to mention the lovely team behind the Allergy Show, we won’t be able to make it.

We’ve kept it under wraps until now, but Mr Intolerant G and I are getting married this weekend!!! Eeeeek! So we might not be making the show, but we’ve got a pretty good excuse, wouldn’t you agree?!

Now, we want to help you all out as much as possible, so we thought we’d share a list of just some of the fantastic people/ companies you should pop along and meet at the show. Let them know we sent you!

The Exhibitors

a2 Milk (stand A681) – we are big fans of a2 Milk, as you can read about here. Our lovely friends will be on hand to give you all the details you need, and a little taster of why a2 Milk is so good!

Allergy Adventures (stand A97) – Hailey is quite simply a star. She has created the most wonderful books for children with allergies, a workshop for schools and even a fact finding hunt for every single show. This show is no different, so be sure to visit her stand so you can take part in the hunt for your chance to win some amazing prizes!

Allergy UK (stand A81) – the lovely team will be on hand to answer any questions you have about allergies, and how best to live with them. They were a wealth of information and a huge support to us back in the early days of Callum’s journey!

Biteappy (stand A617) – Caroline set up her fab app just 2 years ago, and is in the process of ensuring menus from the majority of restaurants is available to see on line. This enables users to see whether they can be catered for safely according to their dietary requirements.

Bute Island Foods (stand A15) – we are huge fans of the sheese produced by this lovely team. They have absolutely nailed it when it comes to dairy-free ‘cheese’ and we really recommend you visit their stand to see for yourselves! This is just one of the recipes we created using their products!

Delicious Alchemy (stand A385) – this lovely team will be showcasing the wonderful products they have for you to buy! We got sent a fab sample pack a few weeks ago, which we’ll be showing to you very soon with some new recipes. They are definitely a stand not to be missed!

Haydn’s Wish (stand A367) – it’s not possible to visit a show and not see the wonderful Emma and her lovely team! The charity is named in memory of her son Haydn who sadly passed away after an anaphylactic response to peanut in his breakfast. Emma has used her experience to raise as much awareness as possible to keep others safe! Emma is quite simply an inspiration to us all, and I urge you to pop by and say hi!

Jollyum (stand A425) – If you love ice cream, you NEED to visit this wonderful team and try out some of their amazing samples! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Nutribix (stand A506) – Winners of the Free From Food Awards 2016! Need I say any more, apart from, they are one of Callum’s favourite breakfast options!

Pudology (stand A635) – Another fantastic find for pudding lovers!! Once you’ve discovered these guys, you won’t want to leave, trust me!

Rana’s Artisan Bread (stand A135) – Rana has taken gluten free bread to a whole new level! We will be featuring Rana and her incredible baking mixes on our site very soon, and I urge you to try her mixes. You won’t be disappointed!

Tesco (stand A511) – our lovely friends at Tesco will be offering you samples from their range, fit for a feast! Key samples to try have to be Carl the Caterpillar, the garlic bread, their a-m-a-z-i-n-g ice creams and more! If ever you had a supermarket upping their game and jumping ahead of the opposition, this team is definitely it!

Free From Fairy (stand A727) – the lovely Vicki will be at the show for the first time as an exhibitor, launching her incredible wholegrain flour! It’s a world first as her mixes are nutritionally balanced, full of the good stuff, and impressively, don’t contain rice. This clever lady is about to make the world of gluten-free change as we know it, so go meet her and be a part of history!
