When I started this blog, I had no idea it would reach what it has achieved so far. It's truly humbling to see how far it has come in such a short space of time, and I am blown away by the support it receives!
Over the weekend, we found out that The Intolerant Gourmand have been short-listed in the 'Best Free From Blogger' category in the Foods You Can 2015 awards!
It's an amazing achievement, and one we have only been able to do, thanks to all you lovely supporters!
Everything we do, is to help people with allergies.
To empower with knowledge, impart helpful advice, and provide safe recipes! And also be a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, and a happy place for everyone following the allergy journey, and those who just enjoy seeing what we're up to as well.
Callum's suffering has not been in vain, we do what we do, to make sure no one else suffers in the way he did, and still does! His bravery, and positive attitude is what makes this blog. He's a true hero in my eyes, and the more successful this blog, the more I want to do for him, to show him it will all be ok!
